Ce message arrive lorsque l'on atteint la valeur maximale du paramètre lié aux streams réseau(no) strthresh
On doit alors se connecter en console sur la LPAR et modifier ce paramètre qui travaille en pourcentage mémoire.
La valeur par défaut est 85 :
